This wine is the result of a blend of grape varieties grown in the heart of the Sierra de las Nieves. At over 900 metres above sea level, this is the perfect place to produce a wine with such a young, fresh character.

After careful manual selection, the grapes are transferred into a concrete tank by gravity, in order to obtain the best expression of each variety of the blend.

On the nose, the predominance of subtle red fruit aromas is well balanced by of balsamic nuances and hints of wild fennel. Fresh and silky in the mouth, this versatile and singular wine suits any occasion.
