SINTI The wine of the Ancient Sinti 2018

The wine Sinti Reserve is a red wine produced in the Thracian Valley region in Bulgaria, by Sintica Winery. This 2013 vintage comes from the Thracian Valley appellation.History: In this wine we set the challenge of building harmony from the richness of the aromas, tastes and dyes of the four classic red grape varieties: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Syrah, grown not in Bordeaux, but in the sunniest Bulgarian region, the Valley of Struma. The terroir of this region helped us to give the wine its own and inimitable appearance.

Vinification: The Merlot grapes were harvested on 15 September, Cabernet Franc on 22 September, Cabernet Sauvignon on 8 October and Syrah on 4 October. All grapes are from selected vineyards and are hand-picked in cassette tapes. It was selected twice on the vineyard and in the cellar using a double sorting table. On the first table was the selection of the whole bunches, after which it was broken with a machine and on the second table was carried out separation of the particles passed through the ronkac, the damaged and green grains. and is vinified separately for each variety. Maceration 25-30 days. Fermentation at 25 - 30 °C in inox containers. Ageing in French barrels barrick type 12 months, after which wines of the individual varieties are couped.. Ageing in a bottle before realization 6 months. GREAT WINE LIKE A FRENCH BORDEAUX.
