Château Fontanche Les Uyères Saint-Chinian is a French red wine that is composed of an assembly of different grape varieties. Grenache (45%), Syrah (40%), Carignan (10%) and Cinsault (5%) have all been used to shape the character of this wine. The vines are planted on a slate soil with relatively dry soil. The vineyards are in a green and wild environment, which translates to a certain extent into the character.
